I visited Fallout 76’s Appalachia for the first time in years, and it seems the industrious wastelanders have been hard at work engineering some exciting new vending machines. For instance, there’s the patriotic Nuka-Cola vending machine above, designed in the style of Nuka-Cola’s signature rocket-shaped bottles.
Along similar lines, we also have this Nuka-Cola Mystery machine. Honestly, I’m a little wary of something called “Nuka-Cola Mystery” when there’s literally a quest in Fallout 76 that involves the Vault Dweller producing a batch of Nuka-Cola that contains their own blood.
Next up is this blue Nuka-Cola vending machine from the lobby of the Aquarium of the Atlantic in Fallout 76’s Atlantic City boardwalk expedition.
If you prefer a nuclear blast from the past (which is technically Fallout 76’s future), here’s a Sunset Sarsaparilla vending machine — straight from the Mojave Wasteland!
Allow me to introduce you to Sweetie Pete. He’s a Nuka-Cola Quantum vending machine introduced in Fallout 76’s The Pitt expedition. Here’s his in-game description: “Sweetie Pete wants to help fortify the residents of Appalachia against the daily dangers, making some Caps at the same time is just a bonus!”
Finally, we have the Nukatron and Quantum Nukatron: modified Nuka-Cola vending machines reprogrammed to wander players’ C.A.M.P.s and collect various flavors of Nuka-Cola.
