I haven’t seen someone meld with a soda machine like this since Geist on the GameCube.
I blasted my way through a mess hall full of facehuggers to snap a screenshot of these vending machines from Alien Trilogy, a 1996 DOS shooter. Curiously, they closely resemble the soda machines from 2013’s Aliens: Colonial Marines. Is there a vending machine somewhere in the Alien films they’re both referencing?

These nondescript vending machines from Homefront: The Revolution aren’t nearly as exciting as the Full Throttle and NOS energy drink machines that appeared in the original Homefront. I guess the occupying forces really cracked down on product placement. Thanks for the screenshot, Chris!
The drink machine on the right is a stock asset that has appeared previously in other games, but as far as I can tell, Aqua Refreshin’ is a Firefighters: The Simulation original. Thanks for the screenshot, Chris!
It looks like Cyberpunk 2077 is off to a hackin’ good start with two soda machines appearing in the first ten minutes of today’s gameplay reveal video. Best of all, we can be certain these screenshots will 100% represent the final look of the game!
