I think it’s obvious what happened in this scene from Emergency 2017. The bicyclist was distracted by that soda machine and slammed into a car.

This BLAST soda machine appears exclusively in Halo 2’s Tombstone multiplayer map.

Judging by the size of these vending machines from Pixel Gun 3D, that water cooler is inordinately tall. Or, considering the door frame, perhaps the vending machines are just exceptionally short.
