My Sim has it all: a beautiful single-story home in Mt. Komorebi, access to the “motherlode” Simoleon cheat code, and a lineup of vending machines on her front lawn that dispense a variety of drinks and snacks!

Meanwhile, The Sims 4: Life & Death expansion pack adds the ability to create a ghost Sim, and one of the possible causes of death is “death by vending machine.”

Oh, and in case anyone is counting, the Video Game Soda Machine Project has officially cataloged its 3,500th soda machine with this entry. As they say in The Sims, woohoo!

You can’t run a proper pet spa in The Sims 2: Apartment Pets without a vending machine or two! First up, we have a standard vending machine that sells soda and bottled water.

Upscale clientele might prefer the deluxe model that dispenses “everything but the kitchen sink.”

Or, you know, if you hail from the distant future, maybe the Ultimate Vending Machine is more your style.

Finally, here are the icons for each vending machine from the game’s furniture menu.

Our six-year nightmare is finally over; they added drink machines to The Sims 4! Just, you know, be careful not to tip one over…

Sadly, The Sims FreePlay’s discontinued predecessor, The Sims Social on Facebook, didn’t have any soda machines. The closest it ever got was this Dr Pepper toilet.
